• Generate a business valuation model
• Record a fundraising elevator pitch
• Write an investor pitch document
• Model the financial impact of each offer
• Evaluate offers to your company’s Board
• Create a term sheet / letter of intent
• Appoint advisors to help you through the deal
• Brainstorm your due diligence data room documents
• Respond to your investor’s information requests
• Review equity and convertible debt legal agreements
• Consider negotiating factors with the investors
• Complete the deal and organise a celebration!
